Where is one. I know there used to be a boat ramp around Moonlanding but I don't see it now.
When you cross the levee the paved road goes left to Tunic Riverside park. Look for the gravel road at the curve to your right. You'll be on the old Splash Casino parking lot. Go left and look for a path down to the river.
It shows up real good on google earth.
