The Inventor did not equip the thing to make it Street Legal. It might not pass State Inspections. But it is Cute
I would think that it does not need to be street legal. Load it on a trailer haul it to the ramp, skip the line and just park. Crank it up back it off the trailer and drive into the water. You were off road as soon as you pulled into the parking lot. :cheers2
