My new Father's Day gift from my Son. I seasoned that baby yesterday. So right now there is a 9 pound pork shoulder smoking with charcoal and hickory wood. Should be ready about 5 pm. I think he really put some thought into it. He knew there would be good food in it for him. All 6'4" 280 lb's of him.:biggrin
