Drain the 2 carbs and pull the plugs and spray some fogging oil in the cylinders, then turn it over by hand a couple of revolutions Put the plugs back in. Check the lower unit for water in the grease. If it is creamy or water runs out drain and refill.
That should be all you need to do. If possible store it up right.

I'd put a little stabil or sea foam in the fuel and run it through before draining the carbs. draining is good, but it will help with any residuals you can't get out. The others are right. Fog the cylinders and make sure there isn't water in the lower unit.
Your PM worked. I just didn't reply back very quick. Kit is right about the stabil/seafoam if you are able to run it for awhile.
I sometimes forget to tell people about that because I always treat my fuel with Seafoam.
