Looking for a rod holder to go in my new boat for holding the rods while transporting to and from water. I have 2 ft tall rails on the side of my boat so I want something that I can attach to them. I don't like the ones with stiff foam in them. Would like something with Velcro or maybe bungies? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks Jerry
