Jumped off the fence and bought a mold today, ( gotta send Seeker a check). Got all kinds of ideas setting up a pouring room. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Keep it simple. Keep it organized. Keep it clean so your work is not compromised. Have your heat retardent gloves and eye protection always handy. Make sure it is ventilated or in a corner of the garage where you can open a garage door. Keep a record of all your soft plastic recipes. Have fun. These threads might help a little.

Thanks for the links Ship. One thing I'm thinking about is venting the benchtop instead of the space directly above it. I'll use a fan from an old building exhaust fan, one of those old time squirrel cage type, run 4 inch scat with a "Y" so I can vent it on both ends of the table and suck the fumes out. that way I can have access to my lights in the garage without causing shadows. Am I over building? Probably but I also have to have the garage for other things. If I build this thing right a big hose clamp can be loosened and the fan and exit scat can be stored when not in use. How big a factor does humidity play a roll?
Another one to the dark side!!!!!!!! LOL If you thought your money went to tackle before you're going to really bad now - one leads to more!!!!
Fatman, when I first started tying, the Mrs. was ok with the purchasing of material here and there, mostly because It happened around X-mas and everyone always gets me gift cards to BPS so she never really saw the draining of funds. But I think this may be different. Hey, I wear the pants in my house, but she washes them!
