Wayne's Sporting Goods in Glen Elder, Lakeside Convenience Store which is across from the east entrance to the lake, The Lil Bait Shop in Cawker City, and Meyers in Downs are all pretty good options
You can also get minnows at the marina in the state park. The Bait Shop in Cawker City gives best count in my experience. I have not tries Wayne's or Meyers so I have limited experience. Good luck.
I'd probably avoid the marina if I were you. My experience there has not been a good one.

Is this something you can share? Never had a problem myself. Didn't get extra minnows either!:biggrin
To put it politely, didn't care much for the service the few times I was in there.

x3 I always try to use the surrounding bait shops around glen elder instead of the marina. Prices seemed to be a bit better as well. Good luck!
