Sad but true. My Dad uses the VA medical and has to wait long periods for appts but he doesn't have any chronic conditions that can't wait. He lost a good friend a few years ago who had cancer but was put off constantly for care. Poor guy suffered terribly. VA was his only option. He was a Korea combat vet and was let down by the system that was supposed to take care of him. Luckily, my Dad has other options.
I think I'd take the RED pill.
We can see only the tip of the iceberg. It should never happen to a veteran.

Hahaha, luckily I've had tricare and other insurance since retiring and have never had to go there.
Yeah, yeah...I heard the presidents man (what's his face) sayin today that they were gonna get to the bottom of all those VA reports that been messed with...sure they will....all in good time.
