Chips marine at bo woods. Joe and Ryan do great work and very reasonably priced.
I can't speak for what 16 Marine does, but hear good things about them. I have had Chip and his gang work on my boat and have been very pleased, especially when the one time they recommended I take it to a Yamaha shop. I thought that was great. I took it to Lake Sara Marina in Effingham (Pretty far from you), but man was I pleased with the work LSM did!
All 3 of them do very good work but my first choice would be chips.
