Ranger Boats Customer Service A+++++
Over the weekend I broke a couple small items on my Ranger Boat. Called first thing yesterday(Monday) morning and told them my problem, they transferred me to their parts dept where I talked to Ted. I told Ted my problem and what parts were broken. He asked for my RGR# (Boats Seriel Number) and he had it in the system and exactly what parts I needed. I asked how much each item would cost and he said nothing. He informed me that at Ranger, they stand behind their products from the smallest part to the largest. I received an email approx 2 hours later that said my parts had shipped and offered a tracking number. They have already arrived in Sallisaw Oklahoma (less then 24 hours from call) and are scheduled for delivery tomorrow. If you are in the market for a new boat, I would say give Ranger Boats a heavy consideration. Not only do they make a great product, they stand behind it 100%. I have never experienced such great customer service like I did with Ranger.
