My father passed
Just wanted to let people on here that may have known my father Bill Callaway from Windsor that he passed away on Sunday May 4th from complications of a minor surgery. He was in good health up to that point so it was quit a shock to his family. Bill was an avid crappie fisherman, and a very good one at that. He just had a knack for it. I wanted to thank all of you that may have come in contact with him over the years and I know a few of you have even shared a boat with him in the past. Ed

Having lost a father myself in the past... I know how it feels. Please accept my deepest condolences to you, the rest of the family and all of his friends in this time of much mourning and sorrow.
Cherish the good times and the many memories that you have of him... no one can ever take those away from you until you meet him again.

Ed,
I heard of this yesterday evening, and thought of our recent visits in the early morning hours this winter while getting ready to duck hunt, and of seeing and visiting with your Dad. My condolences, one is never ready for such events, especially when unexpected. Bill looked like he was good for another 20 years when we last visited.
