Anyone ever fish Morengo Lake?

Anyone ever fish it? I grew up in Winnsboro and have never heard of it until last night.

It's near Lake Lafourche, which I fish pretty often. Never fished Morengo, but drive right by it sometimes going into Boeuf WMA.

I've fished it a few times. It's a shallow lake and the only place I've caught some has been around the cypress trees on the lower end near Lafourche.
