well guys I won't be moving to Texas as I took the property back in Eastern Oregon so it will be quite some time before I make the big move to Texas we visit my farm this weekend after the sheriff sale the man it was in their trash it
boy what a mess the house was completely full of garbage he strolled quite a bit other stuff L legally from the property will go into detail but over $6000 worth destroyed over 600 feet of fencing on the property.


I won't be doing any plastics for quite some time it will probably be closer to November before I get back into it guys but I will keep up to date on here and I will be making a few comments now and then hope none of you To go through what I've gone through this past year especially when you carry a contract on property if you do be real cautious.

Really sorry to hear that Bob. We were looking forward to having you as a neighbor down here in Texas. You've got a beautiful place up there. Really sad about all the damage. Keep in touch, and good luck with it.

You must take legal action and recover your damages. Trouble does not last always Bob. Hang on in there. We are all with you and praying for you.

Do you have vandalism insurance? Did you file a police report? Did you have protection clauses into the contract? I am upset for the way they treated you but i am also reminded of Romans 12:9-19 too. Find comfort in those words Bob

Mike it is hardly worth the effort to take legal action it would cost me more than when it was worth to pursue him but we did ask my attorney about it I will get into too much here about what I can or can't do you must forgive and go on Mike put it this way Mike the Lord will take care of him.

we had not give up hope we've got some people that will be looking at the property within 10 days so we are praying that we will make the journey to Texas before too long.
