Now does following this same logic mean all someone has to do is pee on the steps of the whitehouse and the congress and they will flush the perception of dirty and corrupt out of it too??? Maybe I don't understand how the system really works. Can someone explain?

Perhaps the flush handle was too big for 1 person to use ? (btw, would they be required to sound the siren 1st before hitting the flush handle ?)
