Weight Loss
This time a year ago I was at 210 lbs was at Drs yes and was at 154.I had a bleeding ulcer they couldn't find I started loosing my appetite about this time last year and didn't want to eat much well the ulcer ruptured in Nov. and I about bled out. Got that fixed and was doing ok t hen my wife passed away Feb. I am eating now, I don't cook the way she did nor the amounts. I was wearing a tight 38 waist,bought some 36 kakis they wont stay up,just bought a pair of 34 jeans but my shoulders hurt so bad I cant get that button latched about all I can wear is wear is shorts with the elastic waist or bibs. Sorry about the ramble but still trying to get adjusted.Going to start getting the boat checked out, I am starting get fishing back on my mind.

Mr. Jim: You are doing great for the things you have had happen to you this last year. Keep if up shipmate, things are going to get better.
I am still in Fl. right now, but I will return in May. If there is anything I can do, I am just a phone call away.

Mr. Jim,you are a hell of a man, and a inspiration to us all.Still praying for you!Just go ahead and lose a couple more pounds and them jeans will fit nicely!Go fishing or one of us will take you fishing. It is how I get my head back on strait!
