D'Arbonne 4-5-2014
Josh and I put in at Stowe Creek, water was up to road and the wind was brutal.:witching We didn't catch a fish till 12:30. Josh finally figured out what they were doing. LOL. We caught 16 and missed a few. We didn't catch a lot but they were quality fish. We were fishing in 5 feet of water, with a shiner 16 inches under a cork. When we landed the boat the water was over the road and I'm sure with all the rain the Lake will continue to rise. Some of these fish, when they came out of the water, were the Blackest I have ever seen. Any way, we had a blast. Went back to the Cabin and eat Jambalaya and Crawfish pie. :ThumbsUp Here's some pics. Last pic is our 8 Best for the day.
