Should start around Apr 20th. We need rain. There is some water in some bushes but we need about 3 feet more to be right.
that being said .... if we don't get a significant rain event this spring, where will the crappie spawn then?
They will spawn on any cover they can find. There are bushes in the water right now just not a lot like there usually are.
I hope we done get to much water in the bushes.
Too much is bad, like last year. For me anyways it was.
