Neely Henry
Fished Neely Henry (lower end) for the first time in nearly 3 weeks today. Bite started off pretty good but slowed way down mid morning. Caught most on minnows with a few on jigs - mostly light colors. Ended up with 22 keepers with a few over 14". All the fish were really fat, the bigger ones looked like they had eaten tennis balls. A few even had worn tails where it looked as if they had started to bed. Most fish were caught in deeper water > 10 feet with a few caught in 8 to 10 fow. No fish spotted in water less than 8 foot. This weather seems to really have them screwed up.

I too fished Neely Henry on Monday. Caught 51 crappie with only about 20 being legal keepers. All were caught in about 10 feet of water. Was long lining jigs and all colors seemed to work. Tried trolling shallow but caught nothing. Water temps were 54-57.
