12-19. Water will be up to about 357 ft ( about half way to summer pool) and you can get to more spawn areas and the water will be much safer and it will be past Frostie time. Fish will be ready too.

What's absolute best week last week of April???
Every week is the best week at my place. Spawn usually peaks in early May but continues into June.
