Saturday LOP catch
We only caught 22 but they were nice sized and looked liek multi-colored green emeralds. Wish I had taken a pic at the landing and not today after they had lost their color. 4-5 foot in heavy color on shiners, a few on jigs. There is very little of the type of cover we caught them in on the lake or we'd have had an awesome catch. There were carp, more than I've ever seen, spawning everywhere on the lake in the shallow water. Does that mean the crappie are already done?????
Anyway, we had a nice time and the weather was great; even my "new" stick steer boat worked great. We also caught a few gorgeous Kentucky bass.
Hope you guys had a good day as well.

Thanks for the post. We passed by there on way back from Lake Hugo in Oklahoma a couple of years ago after fishing a Crappie Masters tournament. Beautiful place, would like to know more about it, cabins, etc. Thanks again.
