Great Place for Shiners Boute

On the north side of 90 just west of Boutte is Outdoor X-press, an old gas station tackle shop run by an elderly couple. They are very friendly folks who could really use more business. We have bought shiners there several times and were amazed that none ever died, even keeping them over night. I keep them in a small styrofoam ice chest also bought there and have kept them like 30 hrs or so and (knock wood) aint lost one yet. If yall ever in the area stop by and help these nice ole folks out they have live bait and a lil line of sporting goods. I kinda get the feeling they only keep da place open for something to do.
