Rez 3/22

It was CRAZY today with all the boat traffic. There was a 200 boat bass tournament this morning and the water never quit stirring all morning long. I ha to make a move from where I was wanting to fish at to get away from 97 other crappie fisherman but ended going to a more secluded spot upriver and found a few good fish. They were really hitting light today, I guess from hearing all those 250 Mercury using petroleum.

I wonder where you went . it was crazy for awhile . Did really catch anything till 10 . ended up with 37 keepers . Biggest 2.07 . nice fish there . many , many bass boats .

I don't know how you took it thump. I am a little to high stress to deal with a crowd like that for too long. Literally for 1 hour my boat was rocking like I was in the gulf of mexico. When I went to sleep that night i was still rocking..back and forth, back and forth. I told my wife I felt like I was on one of my college drunks.
I want to get back out there during the week sometime and give it a try again.
My digital scales weighed our big fish at 2.3 but I would have sworn it was closer to 3.

mine too 3 + all you got to do is scream a couple time a fire a few shots and they seem to slow down when they get to you . Lol that is one reason i get there later usually . Let all them folks that think the fish are gonna start with out them . We didn't catch a decent fish till around 10 .
