Anyone Fishing Upper Bear Creek or Bear creek aka (Big Bear)

Just wondering if anyone been fishing Upper Bear last few days fished there two weeks ago and they were in 25-30 FOW about 10' deep and just wondering if they are still in the deeper water. I have never fished Big Bear but have been wanting to go and just looking for general info on the crappie fishing there how does it compare to Upper Bear.

I hear they are shallowing up. May try it out next weekend. I know nothing about those lakes but am tired of then messing wih the river.

Fished upper bear the last 2 mornings kept 30 fish, all still in the 10ft range over brush in 25 to 30 FOW.

Went today caught around 60 brought home about 40 all in about 25-30 FOW. With the cold weather coming in next week i would guess it will be 2 or 3 more weeks before they shallow up.
