I fashioned these from aluminum angle in order to add SpyderLok rod holders to my boat. I though I'd share a few pictures in case anyone else might be able to get some inspiration from them.

Good looking set up. I could not help but think the last picture is the last thing a crappie sees before he goes airborne.

Looks like 3x3x1/8 or 1/4 angle. I noted some washers in between the angle and the hull in one picture, could make some nylon spacers or cut some plastic cutting board to fit to go in between the angle iron and the hull as well. Nice job.
Great work! I like the fact that you can slide them back and forward if needed.
