The Big Question Is.....

where to go tomorrow?.......it's always tough to decide where to go.....especially if you are not on fish.....I know where not to go at Henderson....course, there are some spots there I have never tried that are pushing me that way....I know where not to go at Stephensville like my last trip......but I always enjoy the trip there and sometimes luck up.....

So....Swampman found some in Henderson.....and Southernslabs found some down south where I like to go.....

guess I will toss a nickel to decide.....probably won't know till I wake up.....at any rate, I hope to launch around daylight....time for a few shiners to make the ultimate sacrifice......

This was my 40 mile scouting trip recently.....launched at Attakapas landing on south Lake Verrett.....very nice ride......

I fished those trees on the East side last trip up in the knees......water was 1.5 to 2 ft deep.....no luck....didn't try the very south end......stopped to fish some knees in 4 mile and caught a catfish.....saw fish all over there in 18 fow but couldn't entice a bite......

I'm leaning more toward launching at Doirons.....

Ps I fished it twice since the post last week and picked up 2 fish, think I was just lucky that day!!

Don't think this will help, but I went to the Mermentau today and picked up 6 males in the depths you describe. I was 8" under a cork. This was a zero last trip so maybe things are changing for the fish that like the knees.
