That's certainly different but I like it! How is it attached in the back? Tied?
Sweet! I love out-of-the-box jigs! Nice work and it is something the fish has never seen, nice work and thanks for posting. :ThumbsUp
Nice - If you really want the eyes to pop use some of the smaller mylar tubing on the minnow head jigs. Have you tried them yet?? Like to know if that large mylar tubing is helping keep it up with a slower retrieve??
Let us know!!!
I was wondering on the action of the jig? Will it wobble or glide smoothly? Looks like a "jig force field" to me!! Looks cool!!! Let us know how it handles in the water.
thanks every one.new here been meaning to join for a long time.i have not tested these yet as we are still iced in.i tie some similar flies.i am hoping the large mylar will make it wobble kind of like a rattle trap.i tie jigs like this with out the mylar and use a big red hackle collar and put them on the spinner arm.a jig vesion of a red wobbler fly.i think the cypret minnow fly is the fly version of what i have here.once i test and see how this works i will be glad to share with any one how to make these.i like the way these turned out .lets see if the crappies agree
look pretty good
Sweet thinking!
Those look pretty cool!
