What happened today?
Bass boat malfunctioned and went into a tight spin at full throttle. Threw both occupants overboard. One survived, one didn't. The boat was still spinning nearly an hour later.

I can not stress to you folks enough to please wear your pfd's. I know they are a pain in the tail end. I use to do underwater recovery at one time. I will not say that a pfd will absolutely save your life. I will say this though. I have never had to pull a body out of the water with one on. I have had to handle a few without them.
Not trying to preach by any means. I just enjoy all of your all's post and would like to keep seeing them up here.
