Lake Murray???

Thinkng about goin to visit a friend that lives on this lake second week of April... How's the crappie fishing??? :dono What works best?? Any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Lake Murray is producing some crappie now mainly up river tight lining and pulling up river past the river split the crappie seem to want to bite at daylight or dark and not much in between hope this helps

Murray can be tough....Usually by the end of april they tend to be more spread out (post spawn) I would get there sooner if possible fish can still be caught but I prefer the month of March.
