Thawed out some crappie fillets today. This evening I patted them dry and applied olive oil and a generous amout of Webers roasted garlic and herb seasoning. Did the same with asperagus and put on the grill. Yum!!!!

been doing it like that but on the 1/2 shell.
love asparagus on the grill, I usually go direct with no foil. Got to stand close by with tongs though. I need to try grilling some crappie, I even have one those baskets but have yet to try it.
PS olive oil, lemon juice, and parmesan cheese is great on asparagus too.

We wrap 4 choots of Asparagas with a strip of bacon, then grill it. That looks good man. I need one of those fish grillers like that
