How to attach bracket for Tite-Lok on bench seat?

I know there is a sub-forum for boat rigging, but I knew I would get a lot more responses much more quickly over here. If it needs to be moved I apologize. I am wanting to start longlining and recently bought a Tite-Lok Black Widow rod holder. My boat is a '91 1648 Duracraft. I want to mount the bracket to the back bench, but I'm not sure how since I cant reach under the bench at all to tighten the bolts. It could be attached to the back corner on that piece that connects the transom with the gunnel but it is too far back and too angled. Need some help on figuring out how to do this. Thanks!

How thick is the metal. I have used self tapping metal screws in the past. I drilled a small pilot hole first. If not rivots like they said will do the job. Other option is each corner and put a double seat rig in. That's how I have mine set up.

Come by the shop, and I'll pop em in with my air RivNut tool. Only takes a few minutes.

You might need a doubler plate on the bench if the metal is thin and wobbles with the rack attached on it. I also have 3/16 aluminum plate.

Thanks for the replies guys. I had never seen a rivnut so when I google it I was thinking it was the coolest thing ever ha. It's a welded boat and is pretty solid. The seat seems pretty stout. I don't think it will wobble. I was thinking I might be able to rent the tool at Lowe's or Home Depot. Where's your shop Big River? I'm in Ridgeland, MS and looks like you're in AR.
