Anyone have any water or ice reports for tanner creek
Launched at Tanner's Saturday to do some motor breaking in. No ice. There are no docks at Tanners right now. So if you got a fiberglass boat you'll need keel protected to park truck. Went by Hogans and Laughery didn't see ice but didn't go up in those creeks. Did come from 275 to Lawrenceburg and didn't see ice by the distillery in Tanners so I would say you would be good to go. Surface temp was 39 degrees on the Big O with moderate current and some small debris here and there.
I might drive down and check Tanners today and I will let You know. I have a new to me boat that I was planning on taking to Brookville lake Tuesday, but from what I hear its solid ice, wife even took the day off to fish with me so I have to find somewhere to let her fish or I wont eat this week. I may run out to Batesville and check Bishoff too.
Dang it, I was just about to drive out and check Bishoff and then Brookville. Just called the 52 pick up in Brookville, they dont know, but they gave me Brookville lakes IDNR's phone number, looks like they must have the day off! might have to head to KY, or just move to Fla and be done with the Polar Vortex
