Do any MS tourneys have pre-launch boat checks?
All of them.
Interesting. Crappie USA is gonna be up here next week with a super event on Egypt - no boat checks, launch anywhere you want on lake. Just don't seem right. Houses line the banks, boats are kept in water on this relatively small lake.
Wrong atm. Only been checked once and a magnolia event this year. That was at Sardis

At every MC.com we checked every boat when they signed up at morning meeting.
I only know of one time at a CDC that someone cheated and then they didn't even place in the money n LOL The year I fished the MCC, we were never checked and then never checked at a CDC tourney in the 3 or 4 years we fished them. A SMART cheater would just catch the fish and put them on the lake somewhere in a basket, hidden from all. SAD if someone did that though. Takes a pathetic, pitiful just plum sorry person to cheat cause tourneys are supposed to fun FUN. Not like there's thousands of bucks on the line unless you fish the CM
Competition and money does strange things to some folks.......really a shame
I grew up playing golf. At a young age a good friend who was older told me that a cheater never wins, he may win that day but he will get beat and humiliated in the end. I went on and played collegiate golf and that saying still stuck with me. Moral and honor is something to be proud of. Whatever the case it's really not worth losing either of those. I'm all for boat checks or whatever u want to do. Ur just not gonna catch many of this crowd trying to cheat.
