Nope! Southern Pro Hot Grubs
I haven't used their tube jigs but I can say their Stingers are worth having in your boat.
Tube jig's are good. I use the bigger ones.
I use and like the tubes and stingers. And there service is prompt.
Southern pro makes lil' hustlers, some of the best tubes on the market IMO. Expensive, unless you buy in bulk online. I've caught more crappies on their 1.5" blue/pearl, black/pearl, and orange/chart than all my other plastics combined. The 1" micro tubes are amazing through the ice or in very cold water, but VERY hard to find!
I ordered a bunch 2 weeks ago to use this spring and fall. Great filling and looking tubes. Check their website for $1/ twenty pack of close out 1.5" inch tubes. Thats a nickle a tube, color selection was good on these. Had my order within 3 days. Now just waiting for the ice and snow to melt and some warmer temps.
They are very good tubes, I like their colors also
Tubes are OK, but I like the paddle tail and grubs more, I've caught many crappie and white bass on Road Runners also. I do have a good many tubes in my box, but it depends what the fish are hitting on that is most productive.
Been using southern pro's for over 30 years, used to buy them for $2.99 a 100 in the 1 1/2", have moved to mostly 2" and buy by the 100 for around $7 a bag, but still I figure 7 cents ea. is cheap compared to some that are 30 cents ea. or more.... I super glue my jig body to the jig head and can fish all day many times with one jig body... and it is usually chewed all to heck.... sure beats minnows at $2 or more a doz.......and die once you are done fishing.......if you don't have a way to keep them......
