Tapping a 2 tone jig color?

How is the tapping process done to produce two tone small jig heads?

Dip with main color.....while warm take a small paint brush already pre loaded with powder and tap over the top..... Practice

Thanks PB I'll try that.I tried it with the tip of a fingernail file and tapping the edge but no luck.

Small brush....go to either walmart, hobby lobby or JoAnn....get a little fluffy style that will hold powder
