Anyone ever have any luck at Kanopolis Lake? Fished it a lot of times when the saugeye were on the flats and after we limited on saugeye for the day we would switch gears and try for some crappie over in the marina docks and by the dam but never had any luck. Was just wondering if anyone else had some better luck out there or if the crappie I seek is mythical?!:scratchhead
I've caught a few trolling along the dam and that's about it. Crappiedoc knows that lake better than I and I know he's caught some over there. He might chime it.
That and the marina are about the only two places I know of that I have heard people catching them at in past.
