Maybe this will help. I think what you saw was the requirement for the big fish tournament. At the very bottoom of the original post by CrappiePro is what I have highlighted below.

Beagle, Pat and I will probably go. Last year was our first camp and we met a lot of nice people. Give me a call a week or so before the event and we will know for sure.
