Thanks Kenyon. We gave it our best, yea I was thinking about a stringer mount. Three 3lbers in 3 trips ain't bad
Congrat's on a great Tourney. Good job to all Arkansas teams that participated. I know it had to be a blast.
Wow
Thanks Kenyon. As most tournaments go it was a tough bite. A number of factors combined including the number of boats on a 5,000 acre lake to slow the bite significantly relative to the previous day. The young and dumb 1.25 to 1.5 lb fish were easy enough to catch but the big momma's (the money fish) were definitely "spooked". Spider rigging was the rule for the day but dialing in on the technique to get the big ones in the boat was the "catch" (no pun intended). We stayed in the middle of the lake along a half-mile section of the lake on the North end. We were tempted to hit a couple of "3 lber holes) on the South end but with the boat traffic and wind direction we kept to the original plan and never moved. We had our seven big ones by 10:00 and the bite went downhill from there.
Great job guys.
Great job David and Steve
Big fish people for sure. Yes, I suppose 3 "fish of a lifetime" fish, in 3 trips ain't too shabby.
Congrats!!
Good job guys
