Lowrance GPS Pucks?

Bought a used LCX27c. No GPS included. Need to know what my options are.

LCG 2000, 3000, 4000 with NMEA2000 out will work.

Also, if you have a hand held GPS (or any other device) that outputs NMEA 0183, you can use the NMEA 0183 buss on the power cord (if you have the split power/data cord.

It's my understanding that the Point 1 will work with any NMEA 2000 compatable unit.

Prob so, but the lcx is only gonna refresh the screen only once per second. That is all my lcx27 would do with the 4000.

I got a 3000 and the cable with the adapter for a 27, pm me if interested.

ThumbsUp, save the money and get a 3000ant.

I'd go ahead and spend the money on a point 1, that way if you update later you already have a good antenna/hearing sensor.
