Not sure if I qualify to answer but I fished Sardis Tuesday upper Lake and Wednesday Lower without a bite. Water temps where 37-40, talked with 5 other boats had same response. They had some bad weather since.
A friend of mine was fishing earlier in the week and had no luck, went to Lake Washington and fished deep and caught fish.
Mighty tough on the COE lakes right now.
Enid today. 8:00 till 2:00, 16ft of water, 6 foot deep. caught 2.
could get out of the wind but muddy, muddy, muddy.
Went to Butla instead. Muddy and windy. Lots of water. Fished 2 1/2 hours.....no bites.
