How did you catch them?

Snagging. Its the only way to catch them, they are filter feeders and wont take a lure or bait. We were in Ky where it's legal.

Had them hickory smoked on a cracker with cream cheese...ummmmmm Nice pics

I knew they wouldn't take a lure or bait didn't know if you netted them or snagged them. We used to catch em in nets in Missouri when I was a kid. I still remember cleaning them. There aren't any bones just like a cartilage type spine.

Taste wise, what do they compare to? Nice job, BTW!
