crappie shiners around ky lake

Does anyone know of any places that sell smaller crappie sized shiners around ky lake.Paris landing area.

There are several bait shops on 79 west of Paris Landing. I don't know what size they carry, though. I haven't put a hook in a minnow in years.

The only bait shop around there thursday that had any minners was the one closest to paris landing (don't know the name) and all they had were tuffies. The tackle box didn't have any minners at all and another one down thru there was out too.

Try a small blue building about a mile from Paris Landing, it's on the left if your traveling down 79 toward the lake from Paris. It's called Fords. Ran by a little elderly lady who has been there since the 40's. she sells Minnows 3doz for a $1.00. Although I am not sure if she has shiners, but I bet she does. She is the sweetest..and very appreciative of your business.
she now gets around with a walker and rather slowly, but still loves to sell minnows. Be careful and don't run over her cats. You will not have spent your dollar at a more appreciative location.
