They opened it up at butta and Sardis. The cfs's are up pretty good. Nada too. Maybe the lower lake will get good now.

Sardis has the lower lake as a catch all. Enid, Grenada, and Arkabutla do not have lower lakes.Quote:

Best bet at butta will be snagging the spillway. They will stack on the rocks and in eddies. Jigs and cork may produce.
