Crappie @ Clearlake, Ca.

If anyone wants to tag along, I will be heading up 1st. week in March for spring crappie. Will be searching them out.

During the week or weekend? Haven't been there since I was a kid.

I will probably be during the week. Where I stay is too many kids on weekend to enjoy fishing from the dock. We have a lot of under water christmas trees that they sink each year to draw the crappie in. Will keep ya posted.

Awesome! I am game! A buddy and I were wanting to get up there, but wasnt sure when best times/locations... were.
I fish off of my inflatable pontoon or my tube. What about you?

I have a 12 ft. aluminum boat but usually in winter I fish from my Indian Beach Resorts docks.

Sounds great! Anywhere to launch the toon nearby? And would I b able to fish the docks of the resort?

I'm looking forward to a report. Going to try to make it up there the first week of April.
