I see where a bunch of Georgia Boys are headed down to Crescent next weekend. I'm trying to go down 9-10th. I'm kinda familiar with the Dunn's Creek area. Can anyone tell me how far it is from Ga Boys fish camp to the mouth of Crescent by boat? I have a 4 stroker and a five gallon tank. Or should I put in elsewhere? Thanks
I have never been to GA boys fishcamp but I think it's a 5 mile trip or so !

7.8 Miles via GPS. Takes 15 minutes in my 50HP War Eagle. Be careful when you get close as there are trees in the creek and some shallow bars.
Just remember that there are manatee zones in the river. Would hate to hear that someone hit one or was stopped and given a ticket (they are EXPENSIVE, I know from personal experience.)
Zones are marked and there are none in Dunn's Creek.
