Shoot the shallow docks or pads for crappie. I don't bream fish the Shoe, but I've seen em caught in the same areas.
memphislab I caught them in the trees and in the pads but never do any good shooting the docks.whats your secret.i m from Indiana and I only fish 4 days here a year.do u have any tips to put more fish in my boat thanks rob.
Start by shooting the old shady piers, look for the darkest ones. It also helps if someone has sunk cover under or next to the pier. The piers with deep water nearby are always good. If the shallows are not producing work your way out towards the deeper ends of the piers until you find them.
you can also jig the docks , i like to reach as far under as i can and the best docks are the ones with the most shade under them usually a little closer to the water , early before sun gets up you can catch em on the outer edges but fish will move to shade as sun comes up !
