I don't get to fish much anymore so tonight I had to enjoy the fruits of my past labors.

My buddy wants to go Monday. It is supposed to be in the 50s or 60s but not at daylight. More like 25 or 30, Brrrrrrrrrrrrr. :dono

Well, thanks to Gerald I thawed out a pack of fillets and used the baked parmesan recipe off the forum along with some mashed potatoes, asparagus, kale, sweet pickles and a Diet DP. Pretty good on a cold Saturday night.

good looking meal kinda makes me hungry lol
