I was thinking of installing a backup camera to make a one man trailer hook up easier.
I was thinking of getting a wireless camera......and probably power it off the trailer connector.

Don't power off the trailer connect it off the trailer connector. Power it to the reverse bulb

Anybody got one they really like?
I like that one. No hard wires !
Ive got one.it works great.its not the same as in the video, but does the same thing
What model is it Kosmo.......The more I researched the one in the video, there were a lot of bad reviews.
I might even decide to go with a wired one instead of the wirless because you can get some with really good images a lot cheaper.......Just thought it would be nice to be able to easily move the camera around.
If you go with a wired one you have to deal with a secondary display all the time. Not that big of a pain but a noteworthy thought. The wired one I had ran the image to my radio head unit. It was an older truck so I just put in a radio with a built in display. You can get them for a little over a hundred bucks. Not sure what you are wanting to spend or how you feel about modifying your vehicle.
my wife bought it for me for christmas.i dont remember the name brand but she got it at walmart.its the wireless model.easy to install.i hooked it to backup light and put the wireless thingy behind the tail light assembly and i keep the monitor in the glove box until i need it.i just lay the monitor in the seat while using it.
Kosmo, What color is the display?
Thanks for all the responses.
