Louisiana special......Bass or Sacalait, Fillet and cube. Season water with crab boil till it burns your nose. Just drop in and boil till it flakes......Crab meat fit for any shrimp/crab/and corn soup, or a crab hollandaise sauce over fried Sacalait or Bass. I can smell it coming out of the back of this computer. Remember you guys up north.....season it well, it will be done in a flash.
