1/20 Report

Went to logan martin log lining. Fished from 7 to 1 caught 20 crappie and several bass. 1/16 oz jig various colors (dark in morning, lighter colors later) in very various depths, everywhere from 10 to 25 feet of water. Long hard day of looking. Tried 5 different places, best place was the one closes to deep water (river channel). Speed was .7 to .9 mph and water temp was 42 to 44 still about 4 degrees lower than when they were biting good. Guess this next cold spell will cut them off again, but because of tim e of year I'd say the next little warm spell should get them going.

Thanks for the report. If this weather will stabilize for a few days I think it will get better. I have not got to go much for a while and want to go catch some bad.
