Longlining on Reelfoot?

Just curious if any of you have ever tried longlining or pulling jigs on reelfoot. Or is it too much trouble (hanging up too much). I've been thinking about trying it.

I would think it's impossible unless you have a very thick wallet.

I do it in the spring after the spawn along rat island shore and between moltrie field and bell stumps catch a lot of fish! The stumps are thin in those two areas loose a few jigs but most will straighten the hook and I use a pair of pliers to bend them back.
